              NZ Cyberstorm

Miguel wanted a winning raceboat. NZ rules require no more than 6Kmah on board so we had a TP Power 4040 7D built to spin the moneymaker without eating too many electrons. Patric (Yurkanip) did the hard part & I finished-rigged it by adding some touches of my own.

              DSC06904.JPG

NZ rules require a safety loop. I fabbed one out of two ZippKitt radio box bellow seals and a pair of CC 6.5 bullets. Once constructed they just drop in and fasten tightly from beneath

                            Shaft alignment?

What prop is it intended to turn?

I really like Aussie rules. In Quebec they do similar setups in GP style hydro's. Lots of passion up there and very industrious. They love the Leopard 3674-2200kv, very efficient.

The motor is just sitting in the boat in this picture, not fastened front or rear.

                              I don't remember what prop

I'm very "close" to TP Power and they're very good motors - a step up from Leo as I see it....
