As my brother mentioned, she got her maiden today!! Everything worked and temps were low, so I´m very happy. Did not go for any speed, just wanted to check that everything worked, and get to know how the boat handles! Must say, even though I never had full throttle, it is crazy fast.
A video of todays first run:
On the second run it flipped over, due to over sensitive steering, so I´ll have to adjust that=)
All in all very happy so far, and looking forward to see how fast she can go!!

Frank det er veldig bra!!! LOL she looks awesome, and I'm stealing that lake too by the way!! I forgot what Norway really looks like
Regarding timing I would be around 11-15 degrees to keep everything cool. Also if the speed is too much, you can always use smaller props, but keep the finger on the trigger or things might start to heat up. She looks to be around 100km/h (I'm guessing) so not a bad start for sure.

Also Frank, if you can, mount the pull pull clamps closer to the center of the servo (number 2 hole). You will use more "teeth" in the servo to turn the rudder plus have more torque. its basicly a gear.Visit www.customcfparts.com | Custom Boat Building | Custom Carbon Fiber Parts | Custom Graphics | LMT Premium Dealer | MGM Premium Dealer | YouTube | Facebook

hehe yes it´s very nice here! The place on the video is a bit to small for this boat, but it was the only place that was calm enough at the time. Okey, thanks I´ll keep using 11 deg and try that. Will also try to use the second hole, it makes sense, and will probably be better! I´ll do some more testing today if the rain stops. In a much bigger pond, and hopefully some speedruns!=) Will post the video later...

haha, you are right there. but as you can see we have to stand in the corner, and very low, so it´s no place to go very fast. So i guess the better term might be a more appropriate lake!=)
