Thanks, yeah its coming along good.. Mod the caps? I have the V3 of the seeking from OSE, with the additional caps soldered on. Will this need to be modded? Or is it safe with this setup?
hehe, it might be slow, but at least you have some progress. I know its not always easy to find the time!

Got the batteries and all the bullet connectors in now. Soldering everything together, and then there are only a few things left before maiden!
And a question to you guys who have this boat, what is a good starting point for CG?

Frank good luck with the maiden bro. Your esc's should be fine with your setup i would try a set of x442 l & r for first run. My cg on my hpr is 1/2 -2/3 of the second ridepad / step going from transom foward to sponson tips.my youtube videos http://www.youtube.com/user/chris81983?feature=mhee

Okey, I'll try it around there then! Layed out most of the cooling lines today. Also barbed the brass pickuptubes as you recomended Chris, it came out good. Finally got the flex cables cut and glued in too. Used Loctight 648, and baked them in the oven 1 hour at 60 degrees! Nearly there!!

Damn good job frank I am glad she turned out so nice. It pays off to take your time and ask questions. I as well couldn't of completed my 115 as good as it came out without the help from others. Good luck bro !!!!my youtube videos http://www.youtube.com/user/chris81983?feature=mhee

Thanks, you are totaly right! Could never have done it without. Expesialy all the other builds on here are very inspiering, and helpfull!
On a side note, I can't get the outer bearings on the drives to stay in. I used LT 648, and rubbed and cleaned both sides! Any tips?

Really I have a hard time getting them out. I also use a loctite primer for that task but basically clean with brake cleaner and apply the retaining glue maybe try gently scuffing up the inside lip very light to help get a better bond.my youtube videos http://www.youtube.com/user/chris81983?feature=mhee
