    Lucky #13? Looking good.

The original sponson setup is "safe", I wouldn't take any angle out.

Excuse me ...my mind is still on my UL-1 Superior. I'm hoping to run the Raptor Rigger in P-Spec Hydro class.

started a topic Raptor Rigger Build

    Raptor Rigger Build

Just started my Raptor Rigger build. I built a jig to hold everything strait and square. The basswood 3/32" x 1" ride pads were added to the first generation wooden sponsons. I purchased and cut a single 4 foot piece of 3/8" carbon tubing to make inside spread of sponsons wider @14"(1/16" toe in). Booms will be bolted to tub, but they will be adjustable for testing. First off sponsons will be set slightly wetter than Brians recomended setting.
