So far all the dealings I've had with TFL and Monica have been topnotch! Definetly the best overseas company I've dealt with!!Originally posted by tlandauer View PostGot word from Monica, they are going to install the 40mm motor mount ring!
Seems TFL is really quite on top of their game.

So I have to modify my PTSS for LSH and or P-Sport Hydro to make it legal for the nats? Very major bummer
Originally posted by LuckyDuc View PostCool. The only reason I ask is because everyone assumed that the first gen Phil Thomas Stealth hull was legal in NAMBA, but it turned out that it wasn't. I didn't want anyone to have a similar surprise with this.. especially if they are planning to bring one to the NAMBA Nats in June.

Version 2 of the PT Stealth 30 is NAMBA Legal. It was the original version that wasn't. Transom bottom was about 1/2" too narrow.Darin E. Jordan - Renton, WA

Hi.Originally posted by flraptor07 View PostHow do you do the leads through the side of the hull for your + lead?
The leads are the safety loop that we must use for racing here in Australia.
I epoxy a piece of 3/8" timber with two holes in it for the female bullets, under the deck. Two holes drilled through the deck to match.
The female bullets, with a short piece of wire and a connector to suit the battery on one & the ESC on the other, are epoxied into the timber protruding through the deck a bit.
The actual loop is a short piece of wire with a male bullet on each end.
Here's a pic of the loose bits.
The other piece of timber & brass tube in the pic is just a water outlet.Attached FilesSee the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!

The boat actually doesn't look too bad from an appearance standpoint. Can you post some pics of the bottom?Originally posted by flraptor07 View PostLet's see if this works for my Popeye pics
Also, some dimensions I'd be interested in seeing:
1) Tunnel width
2) Pickle-Fork Depth (tips of sponsons to leading edge of center section)
3) Transom width at it's narrowest point
4) Tunnel Depth at rear-most of ride-pad
5) Distance from aft of ride pad to the transom
6) AoA
7) Dihedral angle
8) Tunnel break location
