- The Power classing structure is completely outdated. There are WAY too many power classes, originally based on the idea of cell count.
- There needs to be a CAT hull-type added as a class (like Nitro and Gas)
- TRY building a NAMBA legal P-OPC Tunnel... I dare you! (I am particularly fond of the part where it says that any rule pertaining to a legal Nitro OPC must NOT apply to an FE OPC...
) - The battery rules/limits need to be revised to better fit what people are doing. (For example: get rid of the stupid paralleling limits... which keep otherwise perfectly acceptable battery combos from being used... like a 4000mah pack made up of paralleled 1000mah cells, etc.. it's a rediculous, non-sense rule)
- P-Spec style power class update???
Ya... I'd say some major items need to be addressed... I'm sure if I got my book back out I could find many, many more detailed items that need to be addressed.
HOWEVER, it doesn't really matter, because even small, more focused updates... which would be meant solely to FIX things in the book, are meet with exactly this kind of negative, sticking your head in the sand reaction... and we go on letting the individual events and CDs decide what actually is and isn't allowed...
Cut it out! I said in my post "Please correct me if I'm wrong"! One of the members here graciously pointed me to where the updated rules are and I thanked him. Why couldn't you have done the same instead of jumping on me! I don't need your constant bashing! I WROTE SEVERAL PROPOSALS FOR HERB TO SUBMIT! He just couldn't put it in the words so I helped him out. I'm not a member of IMPBA so I don't vote. Get it? Even though not a member, I helped out the district director whether you want to believe that or not. I'm in NAMBA basically for the same reason you're in IMPBA, but you have been on my case for anything and everything for a couple of months now and accusing me of things you know nothing about. Get off my case! PEACE!
as far as I'm concerned.
