3S on the high KV's is PLENTY! If you could too far up in the KV's, you'll be down to a 27mm diameter prop!

True, if it were an inrunner. I expect not so much of a prop size decline because it's an outrunner. The 400DF easily turned a Y535 for me.

Is this to run on 2,3 or 4S. This is not a pi$$ take but a real question. I am reading up on outrunners and as far as I can see they are a very different beast to what we usually run.
I have a 12S on 3S in my small rigger (about predator size) and am keen to torture an outrunner in there with a 432 or 632 prop.

Or, I may even drop in a 380-10L (on its way here). 3S for starters and then to 4S
