FYI, that is NOT carbon fiber used for the braces.
It's merely ply, with carbon decals and a flat black painted edge. (flat was the only black I had on hand)

Since retiring my prototype renegade, I decided to apply Dirtysouth31's advice and stretch a renegade rigger.

Normally 13.5" long
Stretched to 16.25" long

I simply placed the rear sponson boom fwd of the tub.
This will allow for more battery room since I don't have a rear boom there.
