My friend Jeff on Amazon. 1/8" or 3mm adheasive neoprene foam. I used the hatch for a template, and ran a new x-acto blade to cut to shape. Put a few drops of soap in a sink of water, peeled the backing off, wet it in the sink, mushed it on with a towel, starting at one edge, and pulling it to reach all the edges while squeegeeing with the towel. When stuck good, I releived the tension with some x-cuts in the middle, then run the knife along the inside of the hatch to trim. Comes out ok. Die-cut exactly would be awesome.Originally posted by vvviivvv View PostWhere did you get the foam that you've used for the hatch lip from?
Looks good quality stuff,

If you mean around of the handles? If so, it is the epoxy resin (blackend with graphite) that fillets arond the bottom. I add little drips with a pin around them, until the diameters look the same.Originally posted by fweasel View PostThe black spokes were a great idea. What are the faux instillation grommets made from, just painted circles or epoxy build-up?
