So I ended up going cheep-o on the water line in and outs but there is a up side ! Saved money and I don't have to deal with the side exhaust spigots inside the hull taking up my precious hand space and noodle room !
I made some small seals with some Moto fuel line and Honda Bond , totally removable and simple. I can still ad positive or negative on the strut and made a silicone ring seal to keep the water of the wood inside the transom . Up next is a float test and hopefully a maiden run .

Did a shake down test today
I think it went good . The temps were about 105-110 and it's 102 today ! The turn fins defiantly need more alignment (I didn't laser line them like I planned, just wanted to see how it handled raw off the bench) and I might put the strut more positive. I will add more throw on the rudder too , just not turning tight enough. I apologize in advance that I ran near some swimmers but boat seemed predictable enough that I felt comfortable , I was hoping they would jump out but it didn't happen. No Speke English so asking was impossible unless I made arm gestures and I wasn't going there.
