What kind of flex rod should i get and also, could i just have the tube stick out the end or would that be bad, how could i make it where i can adjust the angle? I will post some pictures of the props i have now later tomorrow.

What did you do to establish the shaft angle? It looks to be at a positive angle.

I just kinfa guessed as its non adjustable. It actually has a bit of negative to it. I adjusted the ride with batt placement............goes pretty darn well for a "toy" now!

How did you fill your holes? The transom looked the same as mine was. I need just fill all the holes in the transom and start fresh...

If the transom is reasonably thick You could just fill with epoxy or plastic filler. If it is thin I would double the inside with some plastic sheet or you could use wood.Epoxy would be good for this.I use 24 hour epoxy but you could use something quicker,Just sand down to plastic to get a good bond.
                          Gotta go to work now.

I will strengthen it up and then drill it out. Once i get the plastic or wood, i will post pictures with some measurements. Like have the transom center point and 5mm up from the bottom and you can tell me if that looks good.

The boat is called the Balaenoptera Musculus(Blue Whale) and is actually the fastest of the toy boats. It seems to have potential as seen in the vid which is still in stock form and turns by slowing one motor which is what my Syma did before i converted it.

                                The boat: http://www.wonderhobby.com/22sufabamura.html
