You have a bit of a downward angle on the prop there Mason.You have to put a gentle bend in the brass stuffing tube.Ideally,you will want the prop shaft/strut straight with the bottom of the hull.You can adjust it a bit either way later for tuning but straight to start.Do't worry about the bend as that is why we call them flex shafts.

looks good mason. You want between 2 and 3 MM between the drive dog and the strut to allow room for wind up of the flex cable. Lookin good though man!

be sure to drill some pilots into that transom mount dont just screw them right in it may crack it.

So before you glue/silicone the tube in,make sure the strut is straight as I said and you can move iton the tube a bit.You may have to sand the tube there some for this.

I drilled the pilot holes and everything. About to mount up the stand to the transom. Everything is coming to this.. after this, there will be pictures, then i need to know how to run my steering linkage and watercooling line... Hah

Ok so im done tonight.. tomorrow, lets plan on, getting the steering linkage in, watercooling line through the transom, and mounting the electronics.

So any tips on the steering and stuff. Post up cuz im gunna try and get this boat finished before sunday... Sunday is suppose to be ok weather so i wanna test...
