You should measure from the rear of the sponsons.Same place where a stinger would mount if it were a twin drive.

Get a pool noodle and cut it in half long ways the lenght of you lipo's and wedge it on top of them between the upper deck to keep them from any movement, just the velcrow could let them bounce a little and give the boat a slight upper jolt.............like your style bro ! Your trying to provoke a speed war....HaHaHa !!!

When i got that 5s battery new on my 2nd run the battery lost connection. I took the battery apart and re solder it together. Yep.. An airdam in the tunnel. About 2.5 inches from the front will help keep it planted.

I was told by a pro boater that by taping the top of the bow in the front will help prevent them from blowing over, I would put a CF plat between the sponsons and a downforce wing.....Let me know , I have a ton of CF....and servo mounts just incase you ever need another one....
