We ran 4s with no trouble last week on the stock esc, 39mph in stock trim.

I have two of the stock ESC's I think I'm going to use in a twin cat on 4s. Was curious how they hold up on 4s.

Hello

now i start alo building a new Genesis Twin.
It is very difficult to find the right hardware for building this cat.
Problem is that you need very long drives that the props are behind the boat.
Much more difficult is the angle at the end where the drives be mounted.
I take the drives from a HPR 06(HPR 115)
I make two plates to make the right angle for mounting the drives.,
Here some pictures of ist.
Next problem ist to mount the back holders of the drives.
At the moment i dont know how i make it.
I must sleep a night over ist.

BTW- Here's a complete build parts list (as requested) for my Genesis build:

Neu 1527/1.5d w/8mm Shaft & OSE Water Jacket
40mm Motor Mount from eBay (cut & epoxied stringers to suit)
6mm Castle Bullets for motor and battery connection

8mm-078 set screw coupler, 078 4mm Wire Drive & 4mm ball bearing strut from www.rcraceboats.com

4 3s 30c 5000mah Zippy Battery Packs

I'm also replacing the steel rudder rod with a thicker gauge rod to reduce flex. Still using carbon props until I get the final config up and running on 6s.

Note* there wasn't any re-enforcement on the rear hull top/bottom seam at the transom, so had to epoxy re-enforce the seam.

Think that covers my build so far. I'm still waiting on my UBEC to go 6s and see what she'll do!
