installed the first drive today
had to drill the hull a little to get it to fit correctly.
I filled the dents and hole with black epoxy so you can't really see that its filled.

Gosh you guys are way ahead of me! I have been watching here every day but have not had a chance to get started on mine yet. I have everything for the build now except for the speed controls and some syringes. I think I am getting tired of looking at speed controls. I think I may try the 240HV Hifi's when Steve gets them in. Thought about castles but am scared of them after reading all the posts.Leave a comment:

epoxied the carbon plates, drilled the holes, and grinded the epoxy for the bolts to mount.

Wrong prop for that flex.
Or more spesific I would say use this flex on the starboard side.

well tbh got my batts to buy and mount too
i have one quick question, i want to run my props inward, the drive line + prop is the port side system is this right? i always snap/unwind shafts because i get this wrong
