I'm not quite sure why my son cut the video off before I opened the top to the boat because that's how we've been doing it but the gps pic is above. The only change here was putting on a sharpened rudder. It wasn't shortened......yet lol.

Went ran it today with the 1521. It went 86.4mph with just a motor swap. Not bad I guess. That's up from 82.5mph. I put the T180 back in. I think I'm simply running out of esc. Then I had a rudder to try out that I sharpened and detailed it. Not really any shorter yet tho. That's next. With the rudder change and the batteries no longer fresh.....

Stat tuned for the videos...they are uploading...

Here's a really good video on how smooth she is. I like this prop alot. I need to do some adjusting to get it dialed in.

For the sake of keeping track of my progress in this thread (it's posted in another thread) it went 83.3mph by changing the esc to an etti 150. No other changes made.

I'm confused. I stated the x648 is on the left. Not sure what the problem is....I said a couple more as in i had a couple more to try. I noticed you didnt repost the pic where the edge is blunt. I have no reason to lie. I'm not making stuff up. Your trying to hard....just let it go. You cant make everyone happy. I told you in the other thread lets just bury the hatchet. I wanted to go you another chance. I feel like maybe you were having a bad day that day or something. Id be MORE than willing to pay you to do an m645 (since i know that works on my boat) and give it another chance. I feel like it should pick up speed...you know props way better than I do. Im not cupping or anything. If i pick up with your prop I will be ecstatic. Im more than willing to give you another chance. what do you say?

The m645 i did. i think we just made the wrong prop choice and my combo does not like the x648....It does run really smooth tho but just the speed isnt there. Im talking to another guy that a member referred me to and hes more electric oriented. Chris told me up front he's not good a recommending props so we just kinda picked one. Not his fault. I tried everything i could think of and it just didnt like it. I think I dont have enough motor. I dunno.
Just want to point out about this guy lying to make his stories better,, "we just kinda picked one "

I can do that. But say I cut down a x648.... the hub is 2 mm bigger so I'd be losing blade area wouldn't I? Or maybe the pitch makes up for it?
