Hey Jerry,
I love the paint job.
I would take off the washer at the drive dog and strut,
And just keep a gap of ID of shaft.
That may be your problem their.
I just use a gap on all my boats drive lines.

? ONLY IF THEY WORK

I just cranked on it, but like I said earlier - stick with what you know works.
Last setup was FC3740 1760 running up to 6S1P 5000mAh, FC 16S300A ESC, and a m445 s/b by me. I either run in a big-choppy lake or a long, narrow pond. Last time was in the narrow pond and the boat was still veering right so I could only get one sustained WOT pass. Unfortunately, it was also the last pass for the ESC. The gps read 64.5 mph max (reset just prior to taping hatch), but when I downloaded KML to google earth, it showed 51 mph max. Not sure which to believe. I need to resin some FG over the internal hull burn damage. I've been too lazy to put it all back together.
