Got my Pursuit Mono! - Some Questions

Is that a Leopard motor? If so you will def want to dump that 4mm shaft, that leopard will destroy that 4mm system. You will want a .150 at least or bump up to the .187 like I did. Very nice by the way. I run 2 4s 3600mah 30c in parallel in my pursuit. I still need to get some video on that bad boy.

Diesel.... 4mm is bigger than .150.

Surprisingly the 4mm cables do hold up well. I ran one with a CC 1512 2650kv at 40k rpm for a while.

These are cool little boats.



BTW- I know these strut/rudder systems intimately, they are made by TFL hobbies let me know if you need any assistance and/or replacement parts. I know Kintec carries them as well.

PS- I'm working on carrying 4mm .062 wire drive shafts to replace the two piece cables. Having them made now should be available in December.

I also saw the new Cat that you have coming! That looks pretty awesome, and I might get it :)

I used the one pc flex shaft today, and well, it didn't go too well. Check out my other thread I just posted.

How to you remove the transfers from this boat(pursuit and LIPO). Have you got a link to the replacement wire shafts (4mm .062 cable).
