I don't know about that motor but i would imagine it would be 2000kv.

What can you tell me about the KDA motor? kv range.

Bought it from a fellow forum user in Norway. The box say's joysway ore what the brand was called.
I will have a chat with him and hear if it was from globy/throttlestore ore from a HK site.

I wonder if it will fit the Turnigy Typhoon 500H Heli Motor 1800kv that others have installed in it.

It is different. can you take pics of bottom and zoom out so the whole boat can be seen?

That hull is different. Mine was rounded at the front of the hatch.

the typhoon is a good motor for this hull, but update the ESC too.

Stock but with a Prather 215 prop . My hull , ore rather the opening to the hull seems smaler than some of the pic's in this tread, and it's a bitt tight to get the lipos in place,also the motor sit's higher in the my boat than in some of the pic's in this tread.
The hull has joysway logo on it, but maybe it's an copy.? Will post some pic's later.

Will the stock ESC handle 5 s lipo's?

So you pulled 130 amps on that motor?
if it is good i might go with 2 of the 1100kv version of the same motor in a mean machine.
