Lost my power

I have a 30 inch SAW hydro that lost power. I was almost at the end of chaseing problems when it took a terrible tumble. I made repairs on some cracks in the hull and now its a slug. Boat was doing well and creeping up on some fast numbers. I was in the 96-100 mph area and now i can not get past 70mph. Data logger shows normal voltage drops and temperatures. My motor RPM on logger is very high and aratic even though boat is not anywhere near these rpms it shows.Also it sucks down batteries very fast like never before. They are thunder power 21 volt 45-90c 5000mah and brand new. Castle creations says its not the controller because its either on or off and wont pull out power. Combo is Hydra 240HV, NEU 1527 and a m645 prop. Could the motor have lost its grunt. Its got very little time on it. I have swapped radios and recivers and checked all programing on Hydra.Any ideas?
