Is that a plastic prop k series?
How were temps?
Have you tried a k47/3?

I would be carefull propping up with that esc (heat)

The temps were,,,,motor 109, controller 98 and batts around 90.

I'm also slowly adjusting the strut height upwards after each run,,,,reducing the load on the motor.

you used that double rudder that has a 1/4" strut ...how are you using k series props?...did you get a step down prop shaft to 3/16"

also how do you like the way she turns with the double rudder system...would you still go the same way?
