Looking to this picture, you didn' t put carbon layer to reinforce the hull ?

Strengthening the hull wasn't something I had considered, this is my first go at FE and I am on a steep learning curve....

yes runs 4s, uses a mystery 200a, no water cooling just a fan
no long run time on a setup like this 1-1.5 minutes
a lot also depends on setup

Is your HOTR hull in epoxy glass or poleyesterglass?

The one he sent me last year has sponsons like yours, my gelcoat sucks and looks to be polyestery glass, it's brownish on th inside.

You can fix those sponsons very easy with some bondo auto putty. Most of the tunnels are made just the opposite...with edges in and not out.

Polyester glass, brownish on the inside, stinks, gel coat sucks.
Needs a good reinforcement, a crazy sanding, and a good painting.

Cool Jeff. I was toying with the idea of building them up but wasn't sure how far to go.

Rull on RC Univ. added quite a bit of material (D.Fir) to his sponsons but, hasn't finished his build yet.
