So I decided to make the lower battery tray fully removable and like the way the top side turned out

Back from Vegas and had to do some cleaning up and strengthening before work so I can get the trays back in and move on. I will probably just use zip ties through the lexan to hold cover down just to keep things easy , simple and light.

                Update

Did some work backing up the transom , fitted the battery tray( it's in ) but still need to come up with a way to hold the front down, I'm thinking zip ties but not cutting anything until I'm sure.

This is a vid how the lower tray snaps in , it's a snug fit.

I'm going to attempt making my own trim tab/turn fin all in one . It's going to take me like 3 days to do this at a minimum

Boldly going where no man gone before

Last but not least for this evening I cut some turn fins. After I square up the trim tabs I can JB on the turn fin mount and have a idea where I need to poke a hole in the turn fins, then I can square those up.

Try to take a guess which is lighter : the all in one or the single stainless component.... I got a couple more things to do and then the bling get bolted , let's hope they function too ! my adjustment for the tabs will be lexan shims , let's hope neutral is fine.
