All I would need to do is drill and tap a new breakaway hole and file the blade top down a bit to get the tilt. My angles on my bracket are set for the hydraulic dummies so the blade would be best to modify.

That will help in the corners,
But I think in the straights it more of a CG and prop thing.
At least that is what I see with the Geico and Mystic hull.
I know if you gave a boat a touch of rudder in the straights it plants it more.

I really should measure the CG again for a baseline. I may go a bit more negative. One thing at a time eh Len.

Are the stinger level with the sponson's running the way it is ?
If not I would start there and then CG and than the prop.
But hey test the rudder brake way hole mod to it is the easiest to do.

Ok so CG is now at 3o% I guess the ESC changes were fairly drastic weight wise. I moved the batts up two holes on the trays to get the 30%.
The stingers are negative a degree or two.

I think its just a cg adjustment. My twin GEICO bounces a little exactly how yours is and its rudder is square. My hpr rudder is angled and runs absolutely true. I'd focus on cog before modding the rudder.

Oh, and 30% maybe be a little light for the hull going that speed. I don't think I run any of my cats under 32, just the way it worked out. And remember, the faster you go, the more forward your cog. I also wouldn't add any more neg angle. You're scrubbing performance and speed doing so. Your goal is to end up with them at 0.

Well I checked it out and the CG was way out.Things should be good now. It'll change a bit when I get my foam and such in the nose. Think I'll get to that tomorrow morn'. Big run day Sunday at the course.Well me anyway.I'm gonna take a few boats out.

Well this is getting better. This vid is a little long but it starts with 5s and the Fightercat 648 props.I then threw in some of my non reinforced 35" DF vid and the results of the hull flex on it. Then the Komodo goes 6s 5000mah Dinogy's with FC 445 props. It is hard to see the blips and rocky ride but it did suck it up and settle back down. There does seem to be a "hole" in that southwest corner of the course. Might need a R-42 to rip through that area.

                        It is looking real good,
And running pretty smooth on the chop and wind.
What where your stinger set at in that video ?

I had them set a little negative Lenny. Still need a little weight in the nose.A bit of foam and deck reinforcement should do it.Didn't get time for the foam before this run.Hopefully before the next.I am a little tentative on nailing it around the top corner where the FighterCat lies under there.
