Only one BEC power source neded for any one boat.
This is what I figure happened.I don't know if it would cause the huge flameout.I did have a Medusa Research UBEC in there and was running the ESC's with the red disconnected till the internal one blew and that ESC didn't seem to work without the Medusa.
So I have been asking around and all should've been fine(timing,PWM) so I'll order a couple 180's and go that route.

Shawn. I'm not following "ran with both red wires disconnected til the internal blew...". I'm not following that at all. If they were disconnected... why would the internal blow? If I'm understanding you plugged in the red and forgot to unplug it? If so, that's probably your flameout

I had both ESC red wires disconnected and running the UBEC for Rx power. Then one ESC quit, I plugged it's red wire back in.Then that one ran fine, but flamed out.I had ran into this on the Shocker ESC's(same ones). And it ran fine after.
Why I figure the internal blew is because it would not run the program box while all wires were put back to stock without a secondary power source.

I don't think they would do the trick. This thing is weighing in at 11lbs. Or it was with t-600's and 6s 4400mah.
the 3434's are supposed to be comparable to 1515's. Merry, merry back at ya.

So I just read that a SF200 is good to 3000 watts. If this is correct I was past that.Popped the cooling plates of the burnt one and I got to tell you,was it burnt.Whew.

I have a pair of those too.The 3434 outrunners should be equivelent to a pair of 1515's. I'll try the 600's again first.I just need to get a solid run then we'll change it up a bit.
