There isn't currently a NAMBA class that limits to 3.7V. M-2 does limit to the use of 1-4 Ni-Chemistry cells, however, but lipos aren't currently allowed in that class, and no one runs it at this point, except the occasional nut-job (like me!) who puts something together from time to time to run SAW or 2-Lap with it.
