yes i also like the look just how it is,the scorpion looks very neat. i could put a engine cover on for static scale looks,but being an out runner i think it will like being in the air.

Is that hull sealed ? Or are you going to paint it.

its sealed, were i built the box section in i used a epoxy bead to seal it up and also ran a bead around existing box section as it wasnt the best.
will add some more to the exposed edges as they dont seem to be sealed very well from the factory,i want to keep the wood finish

no i have only gone threw 3 kg so far
i am thinking i mite use spray on clear coate to touch up the edges.
i weighed it up the other day should come in around 2.3-2.4 kg
hope thats not to much
