Bill I run a 42 x 55 as well on my tunnel. I think you will find on long runs you will start buring up stuff with a 45 mm prop, not to mention the tunnel boats handle better with smaller diameter. You can always get more speed with more pitch.

I thought it was too good to pass on as well. I'm heading to St Pete when I get off work today. (Just wasn't saying anything til I got it in my hands)Originally posted by RayR View PostHey Bill!
If you really want a ProBoat, I'd be happy to sell you mine. The price on that one for sale on RCGroups is way to good to pass on.

Agree! I have deleted that post. I will be updating the member list soon and will email it to everyone. That's why I'm asking everyone to update/confirm their current email address.

Did you get it? I have about 6 months of research info I can boil down to about 5 salient points for you.Originally posted by bill34207 View PostI thought it was too good to pass on as well. I'm heading to St Pete when I get off work today. (Just wasn't saying anything til I got it in my hands)

Yep. I bought it. At $125 just couldn't help myself. Don't know why he didn't flag it as sold. It's going to be a while before I do anything with it though. I have a couple pf motors to swap around between the Arapaho and my 47" mono, and a jet that I'm building before it gets any real attention from me. (gotta save up for another motor/esc to put in it too)Originally posted by RayR View PostDid you get it? I have about 6 months of research info I can boil down to about 5 salient points for you.
