another thing I was thinking we could do, is have the 1st meet of the month be a test n tune if everyone wants, and the 2nd meet the race day. Racing both days is fine with me though.

Thats what I was going with..not even sure if I will be there this Sun, but am completely committed to a race with the schedule we discussed on the 27th

I can always use more test n tune time. Some of the better testing is done running in race water though. I'll be set and ready to "try" to run whatever classes we can put together this weekend and on the 27th too.

Got a couple that just plain old needs more testing and setup as well. Trying to see what I can come up with for classes at the FE nats before signing up. They finally posted the vacation schedule and have the 1st week of June off as requested.

Think my buddy Alex with the big MTI cat is going to drop in this Sunday too. That's where some playtime would be cool to give him a chance to get it wet again. Who knows he might even entertain us with some more aerobatics. (he can ride the retrieve boat himself this time though. No more 3 hour tours for me)

That would depend on what you power it with. Granted the little 36mm mount would have to leave and be replaced with something to handle a Neu along with replacing the 4 mm driveline but sure wasn't a bad price for what it is.
But, they are all gone now anyways. I just checked and now shows -2 so it's on backorder status.

By the time you get it here it's about $160. If the hull is any good at all, that's not bad including the hardware.

We need to figure out how you can take the other retrieve boat for helping lay out the new course ( 1/8th mile). Is there a rack on top of your SUV?My GMC Van doesn't have a rack and no way to add one.

Current forecast for Sunday 2/13 shows 42 degrees at 7:00 am with a high for the day of around 64. Winds from the NNW at around 5 mph at 7:00 am and climbing to 9 mph by 1:00 pm. No precip and clear all day long

I started charging batts for my big ones last night. Who's coming and what are we running so I'll know where to set priorities for the rest of the charging order.
