Strut level makes a ton of diffrence in speed. Get it leveled off and you will go a lot faster

I tighten {snug} struts every week before I go out to run it. Hope that does it for you, but like manual suggests .5 to 1mm adjustments at a time.

I'm new to ESC's, but know with this boat, you need to power on both at same time. Check connections going to it. Maybe a bad ESC?

Yeah started out that way and after a minute it started that crap. One motor was spinning.

Are you turning on both ESC's at same time, vid shows you pressing 1 button, actually sounds like its searching Just my 2 cents

flashes green searching then after a time ....cant find and turns red the flashing green / red . letting you know the problem.

I can't press them at the same time, as I connect the packs the right ESC(new one) comes on automatically and then the other one has to play catch up. I'm sorry guys but I seem to be real unlucky with this. Seems all i come here with is bad news rather than contribution
