    Prop Help for Ariane 37"

    Need help for found best prop for race namba events:
    Arianne 37"
    Motor Neu 1527 1,200kv
    Speed controller 220A Swordfish
    I use parallel two roaringtop 3,700mha 70c batteries. 6S

    try aABC 1814-17 or the cnc lookalike from OSE then you have a good start and work your way from there

      That motor is on the lower end of suitable kV, but you haven't told us what voltage you're batteries are. Without that info, we cannot recommend a prop for you.

        6s he said. You could probably go to a bigger prop than that. It?s only a 1200kv motor. A 2115 might work. The controller is the weak spot.

            I ran an ABC 1814 on a 36" Voracity with a 1750kv motor and 6S 5000mAh. Boat ran 75mph and I only got about 2.5minutes of run time. 120A ESC was hot. The same boat ran 62mph on a stock 1600kV motor with an ABC 1915 prop, probably closer to 3-3.5min run time. With your 1200kV motor, you'll need more diameter. I agree with photohoward1, I might start with a 2114 or 2115 sized prop. By no means would my first run be a heat race. You'll need several test runs to get this sorted which watching temps and keeping track of run times or laps.

              Abc1918-10-50(2 At that Kv you can run a X52-55mm octura prop

              The Abc prop will put you at the your max temp 140F
