Got rid of all discolouration and 99% of smell with Eagle One All tire & rim cleaner. Rinse in shower stall with soap & water.

An aerosol full of auto brake cleaner worked for me. Didnt remove the scorch mark showing on the bottom of the hull though!!!

Eucalyptus Wool Wash, cleans all trace and smell for me.

Sounds bad, but leaves the boats soft and Cuddley.

Big for the non caustic oven cleaner on for 30mins followed by Chux Magic eraser. Good as new again..

Well, after using it on BJ I can tell you nothing got damaged. I did rinse with worm water after and it took most of the smell away.

WOW that looked like it worked great!
Did it take some of the smell out of the hull too? I had one cuda 125 burn on me a while back and the smell never went away. The esc litterally looked like a piece of charcoal and the whole inside of the hull looked like your cowl.
