Prodrvr, the balsa float is custom or purchased like that?
Going to need 5/16 - 3/8 lettering for this boat, wish to clear coat over white lettering any suggestions or tips folks?
I'm water cooling this brushed motor - yep. Making notes now before the build

That's the only times I ever have to tow it, is when it's inverted.

how does the hook grab a rudder that is standing up in the air.

Do you see how big the hooks are? Grabs the rudder, cooling line, strut every time.

very nice. going to order one. I use a proboat recoil 26 and tow a line from a fishing reel attached to my futaba 3pmx. this float will work when the boat is flipped over. been using this retrieval system to retrieve my gas rigger. needed a way to grab my electrics when they flip. thanks.

where did you find the float with hooks attached to it? I can only find it without hooks on ebay.

I bought a package of 4 hooks at Walmart. Then I bought a package of red antenna caps to put on the ends of the hooks. I bent the hooks open slightly with pliers, then screwed them into the float.

Does your Tow have the 2-engine and double rudder servo option on it?
