I have sk180esc and turnagy 4084 1500kv in my genesis I have been running it with 2x 3 cell 5000 mah 35c venom. Timing on esc is 11.xx. I am getting about 40-45 mph speed and it seems like the motor is only running about half of its potential. It's just not screaming like it should. I have tried to recal the throttle a couple times with same results. Does the motor just want more amps possibly? I am nervous to try 8 cell on the sk. I am thinking just ordering a leopard is my cheapest solution to get it moving a little faster. Any advice would be great.

Well I'll try out some new props I will try 3 blade x447. And I guess I'll get some 2 blade 447-55? All I can picture is a bunch of roll but I hope to be proved wrong. Any prop suggestions that ose has in stock?

Perhaps an m645 would be one to try since the kv and cell count are moderate. That's the prop I might end up running next on my MM.
