You need to reduce the timing on that motor as its a d wind down to 3.75 degrees on a T180a esc, 15 degrees is for y wind motors.

Spartans are so light in the front I would recommend keeping the batts forward. And I would add another set of trim tabs, lower closer to the strut. That boat cine walks a lot stock on 6s. When set up is running properly it should be a lot faster

I am not sure... look at post #111, first pic. shows Deans plug wired in series tho. Unless something is changed again.
