Best cheap spray can paint ??

Sort of. I sanded until I was satisfied it would stay put. I'll be spraying HOK Cosmic Clear over the whole thing to bind it all together.

How is capt. Cosmic clear going to bind everything together? Wouldn't you just strip all of the bad paint off and start from scratch...just seems better than just taking another guess....

It's already got automotive primer, about 6 coats of HOK white base, and 6 coats of yellow, then this accent of neon. Making another Tide boat. I'll post pics when it's done.
