Did some runs and it ran great, next on my list to get is the prop. I'm leaning towards an octura 442.

I know this thread is a couple of months old but hello. Medina how exactly did you change the 4mm drive dog over to the 3/16th? I ordered the parts you mentioned and am going to attempt to do what you have done. How do you get the new drive dog to stay on the flexshaft? Thanks.

sorry, that was info i was given before i got the parts in hand. you actually don't need the prop dog. you only need the sleeve for the prop and that's pretty much it. that prop made a night and day difference.
