Genesis on 10S not fast enough

Well I spent a bunch of $ to run 80mph on 10S and only hit 62.5.

Using a X442. 10S. Leopard 1200kv 4082. 240amp ESC.

What gives?

Do you have a way of measuring the current you're pulling?

The only way to know then is to start moving up in size on the prop, run for a min and bring it in and check temps. I also just saw this.

Yah man, starving with that X442, I used an X445 on 6s and hit your speeds. You need an X447 or X450 at least.

You dont need an eagle tree. Prop up,, check temps. The x442 is nothing with that setup. All the props you listed are safe, however that is a LOT of rpms. Short runs. A couple passes, then check temps.

As been said that prop is to small, The setup you have calcs to 62- 65mph.

I got 77 with the calculator using 44000 for the rpm. Prop needs to be well balanced at that rpm

If you mean the OSE calculater i dont use that, My calcs were 62-65mph. Actual speed acheived was 62.5mph.
