No muffler hole. You will need to cut it out if installing engine. No hole is good for me as I'm planning to use electric motor.

That's the one you got from HOR? Did you ask for a FE one or just ordered what's on their website?

If I order it I don't want to get the gas version.

There is only one version. I think it can be used for both gas and FE.
Yes. Shipping cost is a pain, not counting trouble with my local post office.

well just to resurrect this thread, got mine to finally ride this summer, got 63.7 km/h (about 40mph) out of it after some minor adjustement, specs in my signature
and here is the video of my first ride where I got a 60km/h
