Ordering Dilema.....

OK guys need advice before I go into a legal battle with a Internet company that starts with a T. I have always gotten all my orders from whomever on a timely basis but recently going on almost a month....no order They keep telling it was postal damaged and returned to them then sent out Sat. express mail and I should get it on Wednesday. Still no package Unlike O.S. , Steve gets everything out and communicates with the best customer service period:D . Do I wait till Monday ? going to use their live chat in a sec for the 1 billionth time. Or maybe wait till Friday and see what the mail man brings . I have all the receipts from paypal for all the stuff ordered. Opinions would greatly calm my nerves......lol.

you have 45 days to file a claim with pay pal, if you used a credit card which I would recommend of you use the company you are talking about you have longer. How long ago did you buy it?

Just make sure you do something before the 45th day

thanx wicked, I read all the fine print this mornig in preperation for this. just talked err text chat and they are finally providing a tracking #. wish they gave that to me in the first place.....go figure....

yea well tracking numbers only mean so much, when you get them from a reputable company then you are good to go. When you get a tracking number from this company there is a 90% chance it is fake. They have given me around 10 numbers and only one worked . But I did eventually get my stuff but if I need something again I am afraid I will have to go somewhere else too bad, they make some great parts for RTR boats.

well you are right, the # did not work Since this has happened I am to frustrated to deal with them today. I'll try again tomorrow and see what new magical #'s they come up with Oh the headache...but you are right good stuff but bad customer service. I probably should just order the parts I need from O.S. and save the T company stuff for spares. ......

twisted liquid racing sucks ass..you want to waste your money,order from them..it took me months to get a prop from them last summer..like a big dummy i ordered a radio box after knowing good well the scumbag he is and it didnt surprise me when it didnt show up..finally got money back minus shipping..what the hell..anyways stay away

True but I already get some things comin from steve for the mean machine project. The TLR stuff if it ever shows going get melted down and sent back to them if it gets here and I going send it in some doggy poop too......J/K.
