In addition to using lube, I've found that running a .17 caliber bore brush through the 7/32" tubing removes any oxidation inside.

I have had trouble putting the teflon tube in also, like what everyone else says try to strech it, and you can even put the teflon in the freezer for a little bit and it should go in.
