If you don't want another 2028 I would research the TP5860

If it's running, calibration shouldn't be your issue for not hearing the beeps. Most of the controllers the beeps come from the motor. Do you have another you can try? A good replacement is the Castle 2028 800kv :-).

I hate to beat a dead horse but have you double checked your cell voltages? And make sure it is set for the exact cell count you are using. Receiver needs to be connected and powered up as well. Still sounds like a low voltage cutoff issue to me but I am at a loss.

I agree with James, recheck you setup. Also check to make sure timing is set to auto, seen issues if it's manually set. This won't help with the beeps but seems like it's still working. Do you have the USB dongle to hook it up to a computer and try to update it?

You have to download the firmware file from Hifei first. Then explore to the folder you saved it in.

I have checked for 300A firmware before and it wasn't available, only 120A. I would try contacting Hifei for the latest firmware or at least discuss with them if you already have the latest. I just bought mine a few months ago so I can give you the firmware version on mine tonight so you can compare if you want.

                  Here's your Hifei representative :-).

Are all the capacitors ok? Are any of them bulging on the ends?
I had a leaking nipple on one of the cooling plates get that end of a 240V Swordfish all wet once. A couple of the caps blew out.
The ESC would still run but would not make any beeps. Even when I added extra caps as an external bank. It needs all the caps on the ESC to be in perfect condition. I still haven't fixed it, or run it in a boat.
                      Just a thought.

Sounds like it needs to go back to be looked at. As stated above, did you check to see if the caps look ok? Do you have an external cap bank installed?

Well I pulled the motor hooked it up to a cordless drill Spun it at 1100 RPM got 1.47 V equally on all motor wires bought an induction meter off eBay for 30 bucks pull the rotor out all wires measured the same 5.48 now I can't log onto the Data logger screens but I can make adjustments on the power side low-voltage timing etc. so I guess it would be the ESC I have to buy parts 😭 Ps it still starts and runs powers up no beeps

It runs but at reduced power right?

The battery leads are doubled up on the 300SF, two red and two black. When you wired it up did you put same colors together, or at least jumper them together? I am guessing you did but I don't remember seeing any pictures of the inside of your boat.
