    Connecting an Etti Capp Board

    Does anyone know where to solder the wires on and Etti capp board?Is it the "foil"squares or the dots of solder on the bottom?

      Use an exacto knife to remove about 1/4" of the insulation and then solder to the cap board.

        Thank you very much.Looks like it gets soldered to the "square" part.Could I use 12AWG wire to make the connection instead of direct soldering?

          I'm told ideally its best to limit the length of wire used. Thats why its pictured inline.
