Is there something wrong with this charger?

First time I am using a charger with read outs. Issue is I do not think I am getting full charge. Is the below normal?

Discharged to 2712mAh using charger
charged to 0431, charger stopped by itself
rehit charge button, charged to 2059, stopped by itself
rehit charge button, charged to 3078, stopped by itself

This happens on 3 brand new NiMH 3800 batteries.

Discharging and charging at 3.8A.

The Drop back voltage is set to low, can't find a manual on line to see what the factory default is. Also there is a lockout timer for the start of the charge 0 to 10 minutes in most cases, user selectable. Most Nimh I set to approx 15 mV for the entire pack ( 6 cell )

I took a look at the directions and I do not believe there are any user adjustable features except charge and discharge rates, type of battery and cell #. Also a discharge/charge cycle repeat of 2 to 99 times.

So off it goes back to the company.

That is the issue with something new. Just not sure if it is the equipment or you are not doing it right.

Most Integy chargers have a option for changing NiMh drop back or Delta Peak settings.

Not sure what you are trying to say? It does have delta-peak sensitivity but is not adjustable as far as I can tell, if that is what you mean.

Issue seems to be it is not going up to peak charge.

The information on the charger says" delta-peak sensitivity" than it is adjustable, it is going to be in the NiMh profile options, I do not have a manual to see it, so you have to look carefully for this.

I cannot figure out how to adjust. It is not in the directions that I have.

So, I am sending it back for service.
