minor water entry..dedicated enough fun for the hot day ..took her home.
Current power is
12S1P ( 2xEntropy 6s50/100c5800mAhr)
2x SF240
2x SSS5684/780 ( surprised me with eagerness to please ... )
2x X465CR ( waiting for X665 pair to return from pal who borrowed them aaaages ago ...lol )

Such a small issue Doc, but better than a larger electrical issue on maiden. You know the ones,

oh, I made a 2x220gsm kevlar sub cowl with a 1/8ply backing too

Waiting for access to new water ... open it up 100%, count 5, release
X645 counter rotating on this 'pond' ... will use x665 pair CR on larger water... BIG rooster
These local pond runs are 75% Th at best.. fast is fun, but it doesnt slow down so fast :shock:

just 800' of water .. yes, it 'ate' a flex .. inner/outer separated on the 1/4 Aeromarine flex

Looks like it runs pretty nice Doc, have you launched it like a real TF Drag Hydro yet? How did it react? Anything like a real one?

Nothing like seeing a TF drag boat running an oval course. I wonder how it will do going straight on smooth water.

Problem Child 1/6 TFH .. update.
First assembled Hull, and second molds about to be trimmed & joined..
I visited my hull builder/assembler Dean Borg of Proformance last week to view these new works of art, asked to compare these vs weight the first hull .. he returned and handed me a handful as pictured as pulled from molds .. impressive and light ..I asked for the second half .. he LOLd .. said turn that lot over, and there it was beneath .. even more impressive

.. it'll be less than 2Kg(4lb) when joined

First hull is a tad overweight for full noise launch ..waiting for next to be finished .. almost done

as is it handled rough water as if it was glass .. lol.. under 1/2 throttle it dropped off plane ..she's a fat bottom girl ...
