In theory the leading edge of the rudder should be around the same as the leading edge of the prop or behind the prop somewhere in that range.

What kind of 8xl kb or feigao???? I feigao may not hold up a 9xl would be a better choice for a feigao and strart with a 440 and work your way up.
If a kb 45 8xl I would start with a 440 also and work up...Starting with a 442 might be ok... nice looking but... unless I am seeing it wrong the pivot pin should be on the leading edge of the rudder not the trailing edge... If it is on the trailing edge the force of the water will flip it aroung or try to and possibly strip out the servo...
