Yep. Should be an easy fix. Just sand the frame down flat before you glue the ride pad skin on.
I think the anhedral 785 is talking about is on the turnfin side (to help glide through the turns...i.e. use the fin to turn, not the hull).
Regarding the 3deg/flat design, Mike and I have been discussing the tunnel depth on each. Since the side with dihedral is essentially a point contact in the water, it most likely rides deeper in the water than the flat side. If this is true, the flat side should have a slightly shallower tunnel depth. No? Well, that's how my mod ended up at least, and it seems to work!!
