    Countersunk 6-32 screws, or 4mm on bigger hulls, with frost-king 2" wide tape over the top. Also a frost king weather stripping seal. Add all of these into the mix and you'll have to split the hull open to get water in lol.

      I agree. I do something quite similar to what you do but much more convenient. I use 8-32 thumb screws, rubber washer under each one.



      And the hatch seal....



      I'm pretty sure the top aint coming off no matter what. I took a hard spill with my rivercat at about 70mph and.....nothing.
