I am at work looking for a good material to make the extentions for the esc / servo plate. I am trying to find stainless rod an will drill out to 5mm.

How long do they have to be? What about a stainless un-threaded spacer with a 5.3mm ID?

5.2 is the stand off so 5.3 would be perfect. They do need to be around 30mm tall though. Some aluminium tube will definitely do the job.

I have used these from McMaster Carr. They have stainless or aluminium spacers. I can't send the direct link for some reason. If you click on metric on the left side and then the material, you can dill into the different sizes.
They do have 30mm long. Part # 92871A213

Ok I drilled some aluminum stock and cut to length this waybi can mount the esc and servo plate. Everything worked out perfect kent did a great job fabricating it.
