So I couldn't take it anymore and my boat saw its maiden in 30 degree weather lol. Ran low voltage on 6s. Kinda foggy out and for me it was borderline eerie watching the boat float over the water. These bigger boats are nothing short of incredible to watch. I have been working on this thing for about 5 months now getting the paint and other things right so it was a really cool morning. Only ran the boat on 6s and I'm saying this, soon will crank up the voltage and see how it fares on 11s

Soon will have to work on my little genesis and something else for the spring. The MHZ oiler makes the drive system butter smooth and the boat is very quiet.

When you crank it up to 10s+, your gonna be hauling some mail. Great looking boat. Glad you got to maiden it. But man thats cold, I surely don't miss them upstate NY winters. I was stationed at Ft Drum for 5 yrs

Glad I got the maiden in. Woke up this morning to 2.5ft of snow here in the Northeast. Upstate winters are rough here in NY but the spring thaw + FE are made for each other. Time to work on the little genesis and create another build thread. Its my rescue boat and will be receiving a big 540kv outrunner to push my big boats in haha. Strange to think of a streamline mystic cat being forced into tugboat duty but FC makes their hulls hard to pass up.
